Jetson Mailers is a “Service Provider” who Processes (Print, Collate, Mail and Distribute) data for the business purpose of Mailing and Distributing Marketing Material for Customers/Clients. Data that Jetson Mailers Process, Mail and Distribute is owned solely by its Customer/Clients. Data that is owned by the customer is never sold and or shared with anyone. For the purpose of clarity, Customers and Clients are used interchangeably.

You may give us your personal Data by filling in forms or by corresponding with us by post, phone, email or otherwise.

Jetson Mailers does Not collect personal data via our website.
Jetson Mailers does not keep any additional sensitive information unless you are employed by the company.

We only process data based only on our clients’ instructions. Jetson Mailers may obtain the following types of Customer/Business data, Contact data: name, address, invoice data including account data, and order data. Jetson Mailers does Not share data with affiliates, business partners, service providers, subsidiaries, or contractors without our Customer/Clients consent.

Jetson Mailers obtains the categories of personal information listed above from our Clients and vendors. For example, from our Clients who rely on us for executing marketing plans, or printing/mailing publicly available information about you or information from our financial and transaction data partners.
Data provided to us by our Clients cannot be shared without their consent. We encourage you to contact any company you believe may have provided Jetson Mailers with your data to have it removed from their system in accordance with their privacy policies. Jetson Mailers' business customers remain the data controllers/owners with respect to any Customer data that they provide to Jetson Mailers for our provision of services.
Jetson Mailers therefore acts in accordance with the instructions of such customers regarding the collection, processing, storage, deletion, and transfer of Customer data, as well as other matters such as the provision of access to and rectification of this Customer data. If our customer requests us to delete, remove or disclose your data, Jetson Mailers will comply with our customers' written instructions. In the case of data that is no longer being processed, the backup data might be reviewed if in the normal course of business, it has not been purged from the system. Customer owned data is routinely retained up to 60 days after it has been processed. Customer data is purged on a 60-day cycle after it has been processed.
Request received through our Privacy Point of Contact relating to our Customers provided Data will be forward to them. Jetson Mailers will act on our Clients written instructions.
Sales of Personal Information
In the preceding twelve (12) months, Jetson Mailers has not sold personal information. We do not sell the personal information of consumers.
Visitor to our Website – The use of Cookies

Visitors to our physical address will be greeted by our automated receptionist SwipeOn. SwipeOn is a vendor to Jetson Mailers who collects your data for the purpose of providing a service. All other visitors to the building are subject to rules and restrictions governing access to the building.

At our customer’s request Jetson Mailers will search, replace, or delete data provided for printing, and provide a report back to the customer about the data that was found, if any, as well as confirming that such data, if any, was altered or removed in accordance with the customer request
- You will not be discriminated against for exercising your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:
- Deny you goods or services

Personal Information - Jetson Mailers Employees
Jetson Mailers collects employee data only for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Carrying out obligations under employment and employment, background checks and benefits laws, and in connection with other working relationships or arrangements (using Staffing Network for employee screening, and Asurint for employee background checks)
- Employee communications, including development and training programs
- Maintaining an employee directory
- HR activity, including:

- Managing employee hiring (including background checks, references check) and employee terminations
- Voluntarily obtaining employee personal data about family members, including emergency points of contact
- Jetson Mailers Help Desk activity, including audio recordings
- Physical Security based video recordings
Employee information on health, performance evaluations and other sensitive employee matters, whether it is stored manually or electronically, is accessible by other Jetson Mailers employees only if necessary, with respect to legitimate human resource functions or issues. Additionally, employee personal/family information is never sold, leased, or rented to any third party. Jetson Mailers will obtain affirmative consent from an employee before using such employee's personal data for any purpose other than described above. The length of time Personal Data is retained is governed by the applicable law.
Employee personal data will never be disclosed to third parties except as follows:
- To those retained by Jetson Mailers as agents for the purposes of providing requested services to Jetson Mailers
